How do I know when to pick up my mobile food order?
After placing your order, the kitchen will accept the order and give an estimated wait time that is displayed on your mobile device and also sent via email. After this time is up, simply walk up to one of the designated order pickup locations and give them your name.
If you rented a cabana for your visit, there are unique QR codes located inside your cabana that will give you the option to add your table number when checking out. With this option you never need to leave your seat! Our cabana staff will bring your order to you when it's ready.
